Located 90 minutes from Denver just south of Deckers in a small neighborhood nestled in the ponderosas with two ponds.Cruise the larger pond with paddle boats or kayaks. Enjoy a 2 mile hike along Trout Creek. Spend a day on the Gold Star South Platte River fishing for trout or take the tubes and enjoy a leisurely float. Travel an hour south for a ride up the restored cog railway to the top of Pikes Peak. The cabin is a great place for a few days of lounging on the deck with a book or exploring the mountainous region between Deckers and Woodland Park, CO. Must be used by November 20, 2024. Dates must be scheduled 4 months in advance and agreeable to both owners and visitors.
