Since 1887, our family has focused on building a successful and sustainable cattle ranching operation in eastern Utah. We are 7th generation on the Tavaputs Ranch continuing this legacy. 

Today on the Tavaputs Ranch, we welcome guests from around the world to experience our ranching life, as we share with them our magnificent landscape, our ranching history and our Western life style. 

While visiting Tavaputs Ranch, capture the breathtaking beauty of our Western landscape~experience our ranching life as we share with our guests a legacy that was started in 1887 by Jeanie's Great-Grandparents here in eastern Utah on this same ranch. 

Our surroundings on the Ranch offer an array of photographic opportunity~scenic splendor with amazing views of Desolation Canyon and pristine Range Creek Canyon. At 9000 feet elevation, beautiful rolling grassy meadows, quaking aspen groves, clear blue skies and our healthy wildlife~herds of elk, mule deer and black bear sightings as they share their home on the West Tavaputs Plateau with our TN cattle herd. 

We recognize that living on the Tavaputs Plateau is what many only dream of~wide open spaces working on the land in harmony with livestock and wildlife while experiencing a peaceful lifestyle which our family is so proud of. 

The pride in our ranching heritage and performance of our continuing legacy are TWO major factors our family is proud to share with guests who visit Tavaputs Ranch.
